Student Counseling

University Admission
Once you have decided what and where you want to study, we will help you complete the application to the institutions of your choice. At the time of application for admission you will be required to submit several documents including proof of previous academic qualifications and in most cases proof of your English language ability.
We will also provide you with a checklist for the documents you will need to provide when the time comes to apply for your visa. Our counselor will guide you with offer acceptance to complete your admission process.
Visa Guidance
After you have received your enrollment confirmation, we will provide you with a detailed document checklist for your visa application. Our compliance and expert visa application team will discuss the student visa related matters with the students and guardians.
Just like your admission application, Benchmark will keep you updated as to the progress of your application and take the hard work out of tracking your application by keeping in contact with the visa office on your behalf.
Cultural Adjustment
We arrange pre-departure orientation and support to help students familiarize themselves with the new culture and environment of the destination.
The process of cultural adjustment involves many changes in the lives of the students. The initial shock of being in a strange place without family and friends and losing the ability to communicate is a difficult challenge for students. Some students are able to adjust with ease and learn English quickly. Other students may adjust more gradually and in stages to their new school culture.
Accommodation Support
We provide ongoing support after students arrive at their destination, helping with opening bank accounts, sim cards and other practical matters.
We support in finding suitable and safe accommodation, whether on-campus, homestays, or off-campus apartments.
Travel Assistance
We help students purchasing air tickets, necessary travel documents, inform them specific rules and regulations of the immigration department.
