Career Opportunities
While a student visa in Hungary doesn't directly lead to Permanent Residence (PR), it does provide a pathway to it. After graduation, students can apply for a "study-to-work" residence permit, giving them 9 months to find employment or start a business. Subsequently, they can apply for a residence permit based on gainful activity, which, after 3 years, can be converted into a permanent residence card.
